Van jou - je hebt een mbo 4-diploma werktuigbouwkunde of installatietechniek, of een hbo-diploma in dezelfde richting; - je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als werkvoorbereider; - je hebt affiniteit met of kennis van klimaatinstallaties; - je kunt zelfstandig projecten voorbereiden en organiseren; - je houdt overzicht en stelt prioriteiten; - je schakelt snel en blijft rustig in een dynamische omgeving; - je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht; - je bent ondernemend en zelfstartend. Van planning en materiaal tot de inzet van monteurs en onderaannemers: als werkvoorbereider zorg jij dat projecten goed voorbereid starten en soepel verlopen. Je houdt overzicht, schakelt snel en zorgt dat alles op elkaar aansluit. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team van werkvoorbereiders dat gefocust werkt, kwaliteit levert en elkaar ondersteunt waar nodig. We zoeken iemand die hier goed bij past en zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, planning en coördinatie van projecten, van start tot oplevering.
