Om dat elke dag waar te maken, zoeken wij een Werkvoorbereider die overzicht houdt, vooruitdenkt en energie krijgt van organiseren, afstemmen en verbeteren. Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij de schakel tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat werkorders kloppen, materialen op tijd beschikbaar zijn en administratieve processen soepel verlopen. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Beheren en verbeteren van de werkorderstroom - Controleren en verwerken van keuringscertificaten en facturen - Verzorgen van de volledige documentenstroom binnen de werkplaats - Inkopen en bewaken van grijpvoorraden, gereedschappen en uitbestede werkzaamheden - Collega's ondersteunen met technische en administratieve vragen - Optreden als key-user voor de afdeling en aanspreekpunt IT - Je uitbestedingen bij leveranciers coördineren en spoedorders nauwgezet opvolgen - Periodiek beoordeel je het resultaat van (productie) orders en neem je preventieve maatregelen om de performance te verbeteren Dankzij jou blijft de operatie administratief op orde, lopen processen door en kunnen monteurs doen waar zij goed in zijn. Functie-eisen Wij zijn op zoek naar kandidaten met een sterke interesse in industriële werkvoorbereiding en een instelling die draait om kwaliteit en resultaat.
