Als Werkvoorbereider zorg jij voor grip, overzicht en slimme afstemming in afwisselende bouwprojecten waarin kwaliteit, planning en samenwerking samenkomen. In deze functie ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering. Jij denkt vooruit, controleert details en houdt meerdere lijnen tegelijk scherp in beeld. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak loopt het project soepeler en weet iedereen waar hij of zij aan toe is. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je stemt af met projectleider, uitvoerder, engineers en opdrachtgevers. - Je controleert en coördineert tekeningen, details en BIM-/2D-uitwerkingen. - Je vraagt offertes aan, vergelijkt deze zorgvuldig en bewaakt de inkoop. - Je stelt planningen op en houdt voortgang, materiaal en diensten scherp in de gaten. - Je beantwoordt technische vragen vanaf de bouwplaats en denkt mee in oplossingen. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen woningbouw en utiliteit, waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is. Met jouw resultaatgerichte blik en nauwkeurige manier van werken lever je een concrete bijdrage aan een goed georganiseerd bouwproces. Functie-eisen Jij bent een ervaren Werkvoorbereider die structuur aanbrengt, doorvraagt waar nodig en met overtuiging schakelt tussen verschillende partijen. Je voelt je prettig in een rol waarin je verantwoordelijkheid draagt, afspraken bewaakt en met zorg werkt aan een sterk projectresultaat.
