Als werkvoorbereider zorg jij ervoor dat renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten goed worden voorbereid én uitgevoerd. Je werkt aan renovatie-, verbouw- en onderhoudsprojecten in bestaand vastgoed. Geen gebouw en geen project is hetzelfde. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het werk technisch, organisatorisch en praktisch goed is voorbereid. Je schakelt met projectleiding, uitvoering, vaklieden, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Je denkt vooruit, bewaakt de planning en kosten en zorgt dat de juiste informatie en materialen op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Omdat je regelmatig werkt in gebouwen die in gebruik zijn, begrijp je hoe belangrijk duidelijke communicatie en praktische oplossingen zijn. Wat ga je doen? Als werkvoorbereider ben je betrokken vanaf de opname en voorbereiding tot en met de uitvoering van projecten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het technisch en organisatorisch voorbereiden van renovatie-, verbouw- en onderhoudsprojecten. - Het beoordelen en uitwerken van tekeningen, details en werkmethoden. - Het opstellen en bewaken van planningen. - Het aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes en het voorbereiden van inkoop. - Het afstemmen met leveranciers, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen. - Het bewaken van kwaliteit, kosten en uitvoerbaarheid. - Het tijdig bestellen en afroepen van materialen. - Het signaleren van risico's, afwijkingen en knelpunten en het bedenken van praktische oplossingen. - Het nauw samenwerken met projectleiding en uitvoering gedurende het hele project. - Het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en, waar nodig, bewoners of gebruikers.
