Als werkvoorbereider bereid je deze projecten voor zodat de uitvoering soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Belangrijkste taken: - Het uittekenen en afbakenen van het werk, ook bij complexe projecten - Aansturen van bodemonderzoek - Opstellen van V&G-plannen - Regelen en aanvragen van vergunningen - Bepalen van benodigde materialen - Caluleren van de kostprijs van projecten - Samenwerken en afstemmen met alle betrokken partijen om uitvoering mogelijk te maken Jouw profiel Je hebt technische kennis en meerdere jaren ervaring in het veld. Je pakt zaken daadkrachtig aan, bent een teamspeler en oplossingsgericht. Administratief en communicatief ben je sterk. Daarnaast heb je een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, een flexibele houding en ben je stressbestendig. Je kunt snel schakelen tussen verschillende projecten en gesprekspartners zonder het overzicht te verliezen. Functie-eisen: - Minimaal een afgeronde technische mbo-opleiding niveau 4 - Enkele jaren relevante ervaring met werkvoorbereiding - Ervaring met en kennis van techniek is een pré Eisen - Kandidaat heeft minimaal een aantoonbare afgeronde technische mbo-opleiding niveau 4 - Kandidaat heeft minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als werkvoorbereider.
