Als werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige voorbereiding van zowel nieuwbouw- als renovatieprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle processen op rolletjes verlopen, van de eerste offerte tot de oplevering van het project. Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen, zoals de projectleider, uitvoerder en de technische dienst. - Het opstellen van werkplannen en planningen voor zowel nieuwbouw- als renovatieprojecten; - Het aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes voor materialen en onderaannemers; - Het inplannen van de benodigde materialen, personeel en apparatuur; - Het opstellen en beheren van projectdocumentatie, zoals technische tekeningen, rapportages en kostprijsberekeningen; - Het bewaken van de voortgang van het project, zowel qua tijd als budget, en het tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen; - Het onderhouden van contact met klanten, leveranciers, en onderaannemers; - Het ondersteunen van de projectleider bij de uitvoering van de projecten en het begeleiden van het team op de werkvloer; - Het zorgen voor de naleving van veiligheidseisen en kwaliteitsnormen. Wat heb je nodig? Als je aan de slag wilt als werkvoorbereider moet je aan de volgende eisen voldoen: - Een afgeronde opleiding in de richting van bouwkunde (geen vereiste): - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider, bij voorkeur binnen zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie; - Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en een hands-on mentaliteit; - Ervaring met planning- en calculatiesoftware (bijvoorbeeld AutoCAD, MS Project, of andere bouwsoftware); - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Een klantgerichte instelling en het vermogen om goed samen te werken met interne en externe partijen; - Kennis van relevante w...
