Als Projectplanner/ Werkvoorbereider ben jij een cruciale schakel tussen voorbereiding, planning en uitvoering.

Je zorgt ervoor dat onze projecten vlot voorbereid worden, materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn en onze ploegen efficiënt kunnen werken. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent lopen onze werven gestructureerd en volgens planning.

Jouw taken

  • Opmaken en beheren van de algemene projectplanning
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van werven van A tot Z
  • Coördineren van onze eigen ploegen en onderaannemers
  • Materialen en leveringen tijdig inplannen en opvolgen
  • Nauw samenwerken met calculatie, uitvoering en magazijn
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en partners
  • Problemen of vertragingen tijdig signaleren en oplossingen uitwerken
  • Mee bewaken van budgetten, deadlines en kwaliteit
  • Rapporteren aan het management over de voortgang van projecten

Wat verwachten we?

  • Je genoot bij voorkeur een bouwkundige opleiding
  • Ervaring in projectplanning, werkvoorbereiding of werfopvolging
  • Technische kennis van dak-, gevel- of schrijnwerken
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt overzicht
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, collega’s en leveranciers
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt van verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office en digitale tools
