Als Werkvoorbereider Onderhoud Infra zorg jij ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning uitgevoerd kunnen worden. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen techniek, uitvoering en projectorganisatie en zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes is voorbereid. Organisatie Via ons kom je terecht bij een toonaangevende infraorganisatie die werkt aan grootschalige onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten binnen de Nederlandse infrastructuur. Je komt terecht in een professionele omgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit, innovatie en samenwerking centraal staan. Naast uitdagende projecten krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen asset management en onderhoud. Functie Als Werkvoorbereider Onderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en coördinatie van onderhoudswerkzaamheden binnen een complexe infrastructuuromgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle randvoorwaarden aanwezig zijn zodat werkzaamheden veilig, kwalitatief en zonder vertraging kunnen worden uitgevoerd. Jouw werkzaamheden - Opstellen en bewaken van onderhoudsplanningen, werkmethodes en werkinstructies; - Organiseren van materialen, materieel en verkeersmaatregelen; - Coördineren van werkzaamheden met projectteams, uitvoerders en onderaannemers; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers en externe stakeholders; - Signaleren van risico's, afwijkingen en verbeterkansen; - Opstellen en beheren van technische documentatie en werkpakketten; - Ondersteunen bij kostenbewaking en voortgangsrapportages; - Assisteren bij het analyseren en oplossen van storingen; - Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen binnen onderhouds- en assetmanagementprojecten.
