Je houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en zorgt dat projecten vanaf het eerste moment goed staan. Zo maak jij het verschil tussen plannen en écht uitvoeren. Dit ga je doen Als Werkvoorbereider in Ursem speel jij een belangrijke rol in de voorbereiding van groenprojecten. Zodra de klant akkoord heeft gegeven, zorg jij ervoor dat alles klaarstaat om het project soepel te laten starten. Je ondersteunt en ontlast de uitvoerder en bent de verbindende schakel tussen kantoor en de collega's buiten. Je bent nauw betrokken bij het offertetraject voor nieuwe en bestaande klanten. Offertes tot €15.000 calculeer je zelfstandig. En bij grotere projecten ben je natuurlijk ook betrokken, maar werk je meer samen binnen een multidisciplinair team. Na de gunning richt je de offerte administratief in, maak je de planning en zorg je dat de juiste materialen op tijd worden besteld. Zijn materialen niet op tijd leverbaar? Dan denk jij vooruit, regel je een alternatief en schakel je met andere leveranciers. Ook vraag je vergunningen aan en houd je rekening met de veiligheid van bewoners en omgeving. Je controleert het Flora- en Faunaplan, dat meestal door de klant wordt aangeleverd. En zorgt dat alle noodzakelijke documentatie compleet en goed geregistreerd is. Daarna maak je een duidelijk plan voor de uitvoering en zorg je voor een goede overdracht aan de uitvoerders en projectmanager.
