In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je administratie met werkvoorbereiding en zorg je ervoor dat planning, documentatie en productie goed op elkaar aansluiten. Industrie Omgeving Nijmegen 2.800 tot €4.000 Functieomschrijving Als werkvoorbereider / administratief medewerker ondersteun je de productieafdeling bij zowel administratieve als voorbereidende werkzaamheden. Je houdt je bezig met de urenadministratie, registreert herstelorders en stelt vanuit het planningssysteem de weekplanning op. Daarbij controleer en corrigeer je gegevens waar nodig en zorg je ervoor dat de productie beschikt over actuele en betrouwbare informatie. Je werkt nauw samen met werkvoorbereiding, engineering en collega's op de werkvloer. Vanuit de productie verzamel je informatie waarmee planningen, tekeningen en werkwijzen verder verbeterd kunnen worden. Ook verwerk je technische wijzigingen, houd je werkinstructies actueel en ondersteun je bij het documenteren en structureren van productiemiddelen en mallen. Wat wij jou bieden Een veelzijdige functie waarin administratie, planning en techniek samenkomen. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid en werkt binnen een technische organisatie waar vrijwel het volledige proces van ontwikkeling tot assemblage onder één dak plaatsvindt. Daarbij kun je rekenen op: - Een salaris tussen € 2.800 en € 4.000 bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring. - Een functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. - 27 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband. - Een goede pensioenregeling via PME. - Een reiskostenvergoeding voor jouw woon-werkverkeer. - Een bedrijfskantine waar je tegen gereduceerd tarief gebruik van kunt maken. - Regelmatig gezellige bedrijfsuitjes met collega's. - Volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkel...
