Een werkvoorbereider die samen met een projectleider en een calculator als team mooie projecten maakt. Je gaat werken aan renovatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten in Amsterdam en in de omgeving daarvan. Alles wat nodig is om een project te starten en goed uit te voeren coördineer jij. Zorg jij ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt? Solliciteer direct op deze uitdaging! Wat je gaat doen Samen met de projectleider stel je voor ieder project een werkplan op, gebaseerd op een technische werkomschrijving. Voordat de werktekeningen meegegeven worden controleer je ze en je laat eventueel aanpassingen doorvoeren. Je maakt een personeelsplanning en een werkbegroting. Je ondersteunt bij de inkoop van materialen en je maakt afspraken over de levering hiervan. Om het project op de beste manier uit te voeren zorg je dat alle gereedschappen, machines, steigers en overige middelen aanwezig zijn. En je zorgt voor een goede inrichting van de bouwplaats. Tijdens de uitvoering van het project verwerk je de projectadministratie. Je houdt samen met de projectleider de planning en de kosten goed in de gaten. Functie-eisen Wat je meebrengt Jij bent de schakel tussen diverse partijen. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je prettig en duidelijk communiceert. Bouwkundige kennis en ervaring is belangrijk. Je hebt die opgedaan doordat je een bouwkundige opleiding hebt afgerond of je hebt tenminste 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie opgedaan. Je werkt zorgvuldig. Want met jouw voorbereiding valt of staat het succesvolle verloop van het project.
