Voor een technisch service- en montagebedrijf in Velsen-Noord zoekt Connect een Werkvoorbereider WTB. Je werkt mee aan technische projecten binnen de zware industrie, waarbij industrieel leidingwerk en werktuigbouwkundige installaties centraal staan. Je bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat de monteurs buiten hun werk goed kunnen uitvoeren. Van materialen en externe diensten regelen tot het bewaken van uren, kosten en voortgang: jij houdt de verschillende onderdelen van een project bij elkaar. Wanneer er een nieuwe opdracht binnenkomt, zorg jij dat deze goed wordt voorbereid en administratief wordt ingericht. Je hebt daarbij veel contact met monteurs, leveranciers, opdrachtgevers en de Manager Operations. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Werkzaamheden voorbereiden, interne orders en projectbudgetten aanmaken in Exact en offertes verzorgen; Materialen, personeel en externe diensten regelen en de benodigde inkopen verzorgen; Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en opdrachtgevers en operationeel afstemmen met de monteurs; Uren, materiaalverbruik, kosten, kwaliteit en voortgang van projecten bewaken en waar nodig projectlocaties bezoeken; Verlof-, ziek- en betermeldingen verwerken en projecten administratief en financieel afronden. Het is daarmee geen functie waarin je alleen achter je computer zit. Je bent veel aan het schakelen en krijgt mee wat er buiten gebeurt. Loopt een project anders dan gepland of is er snel iets nodig?
