Jouw uitdaging als werkvoorbereider beheer en onderhoud Als werkvoorbereider beheer en onderhoud werk je samen met meerdere klantteams. Samen beheren jullie de onderhoudscontracten van onze klanten, waarbij ieder contract een maatwerk oplossing is. De klantomgevingen zijn reuze interessant en afwisselend. Wij komen bij zorginstellingen, scholen, grote kantoorpanden en overheidsgebouwen, spoorwegen, ziekenhuizen en ga zo maar door. Ieder gebouw is anders en elke klant vraagt om een eigen benadering. Jouw rol draait om het zorgvuldig plannen, organiseren en structureren van werkzaamheden. Je begint met een grondige inventarisatie van installaties en de bijbehorende onderhoudsbehoeften. Op basis hiervan stel je een gedegen planning op en stuur je de servicemonteurs en onderaannemers aan. Je zorgt dat de benodigde middelen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn voor de uitvoering. Van alle uitgevoerde activiteiten stel je onderhoudsrapportages op. En heeft de klant een vraagstuk voor vervanging of uitbreiding? Dan help jij mee met het bedenken en calculeren van de beste oplossing. Samengevat ben jij succesvol met: - Snelle en effectieve behandeling van de klantvragen. - Planning, voorbereiding en bewaking van de werkzaamheden binnen onderhoudscontracten. - Bedenken, calculeren en leveren van technisch oplossingen. - Bewaken van de levertijden en verwerken van onderhoudsrapportages.
