Over de opdrachtgever Onze opdrachtgever is actief in het beheer en onderhoud van infrastructurele netwerken in Noord-Holland. Met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en efficiëntie zorgen zij dat het beheerproces soepel verloopt en dat storingen snel worden opgelost. Zij bieden een dynamische werkomgeving waarbij techniek en organisatie hand in hand gaan. Wat ga je doen als Werkvoorbereider Beheer en Onderhoud? Als werkvoorbereider ben jij de spil tussen uitvoering en planning. Jij zorgt dat alle werkzaamheden voor onderhoud en reparaties efficiënt worden voorbereid en gecoördineerd. Jij bewaakt de voortgang en signaleert tijdig knelpunten, zodat projecten op schema blijven. Jouw taken: - Uitvoeren van inventarisaties en bepalen van benodigde werkzaamheden - Coördineren en afstemmen met teams en betrokken partijen - Opstellen en verwerken van rapportages en planningen - Bestellen van materialen en materieel - Plannen en voorbereiden van werkzaamheden - Ondersteunen bij administratieve taken, waaronder vergunningen en WVB-aanvragen - Signaleren van knelpunten en zorgen voor passende oplossingen Wat breng jij mee? - MBO niveau 3 of 4, bij voorkeur in een technische richting - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in werkvoorbereiding of soortgelijke functies - Rijbewijs B - Goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden - Stressbestendig en in staat meerdere werkz...
