Voor een betrokken bouworganisatie in Bunnik zoeken we een Werkvoorbereider Bestaande Bouw. Iemand die graag vooruitdenkt, technisch sterk is en het leuk vindt om samen met een professioneel projectteam mooie resultaten neer te zetten. In deze functie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen kantoor en bouwplaats. Jij zorgt dat materialen op tijd besteld zijn, tekeningen kloppen, onderaannemers weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht en de uitvoering met een goede voorbereiding aan het werk kan. Jouw werk doet ertoe Bij bestaande bouw weet je vooraf niet altijd precies wat je tegenkomt. Achter een wand kan iets anders zitten dan op de tekening staat en een gebouw kan tijdens de werkzaamheden gewoon in gebruik blijven. Daarom begint een succesvol project bij een goede voorbereiding. Jij brengt structuur aan, denkt vooruit en signaleert mogelijke problemen voordat ze op de bouwplaats voor vertraging zorgen. Je bewaakt de planning, stemt technische zaken af en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen over de juiste informatie beschikt. Je bent daarmee niet alleen degene die de voorbereiding regelt, maar ook degene die ervoor zorgt dat het projectteam met vertrouwen aan de uitvoering kan beginnen. Wat ga je doen? Interessante projecten Als werkvoorbereider bestaande bouw werk je aan projecten waarbij bestaande gebouwen een flinke verbetering ondergaan. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan de renovatie van complete woonblokken, groot onderhoud aan appartementencomplexen en verduurzaming van woningen. Ook projecten waarbij woningen tijdens de werkzaamheden bewoond blijven kunnen onderdeel zijn van je werk. Dat maakt de voorbereiding extra interessant: je moet niet alleen technisch go.
