In deze rol ben jij de spil in de voorbereiding en coördinatie van betonprojecten, waarbij je zorgt voor een efficiënte en effectieve uitvoering. Het betreft een vaste baan, direct bij onze opdrachtgever Organisatie Groot bouwbedrijf gericht op bouwkunde, civiele techniek, infra en energiemarkt. Functie Als Werkvoorbereider Beton ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning, werkvoorbereiding en coördinatie van de werkzaamheden. Je volgt vastgestelde procedures en richtlijnen, denkt mee over de meest efficiënte werkwijze en stelt gedetailleerde planningen op voor de uit te voeren werkopdrachten. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat materieel, materiaal en mensen tijdig beschikbaar zijn, zodat het project soepel kan verloopt. Je ondersteunt de tendermanager en projectleider bij de voorbereiding van projecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoeringswerkzaamheden en stelt werkplannen en keuringsplannen op. Je stelt veiligheids- en kwaliteitsplannen op en zorgt ervoor dat deze worden nageleefd. Tijdens het werk signaleer en registreer je afwijkingen, onduidelijkheden en contractmutaties. Daarnaast heb je oog voor de contractopvolging van onderaannemers en leveranciers. Je begeleidt en ondersteunt de overdracht van de werkvoorbereiding naar de uitvoering. Functie-eisen Je beschikt over een afgeronde MBO/HBO opleiding civiele techniek of richting betonbouw. Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie en kennis van UAV-gc contracten binnen multidisciplinaire projecten.
