Team Daan Daan Bronswinkel Senior Adviseur +31 6 33 94 12 07 [email protected] Jouw rol Jouw rol in het project Jij bepaalt hoe de constructie gemaakt wordt - voordat de eerste kuub beton gestort is. Je komt in dienst bij Bouwhuysch en werkt op locatie bij een van de grootste civiele aannemers van Nederland. Je werkt aan kunstwerken, viaducten, bruggen en zware civiele betonconstructies in en rond Amsterdam. Je vertaalt het ontwerp naar een uitvoerbare werkwijze. Je stelt werkplannen, werkmethodes en stortplannen voor het beton op, kiest en dimensioneert bekistingssystemen in overleg met de leverancier, verzorgt de wapenings- en materiaalstromen en organiseert materieel en onderaannemers. Je bewaakt de raakvlakken met engineering, inkoop en planning, en je zorgt dat keuringsplannen, tekeningen en vergunningsvoorwaarden op tijd op de bouwplaats liggen. Als senior ben je meer dan een uitvoerende kracht. Je maakt maakbaarheidsafwegingen zichtbaar, onderbouwt de kostenconsequenties van een keuze en begeleidt de jongere werkvoorbereiders in het team. In de voorbereidingsfase zit jij aan tafel waar de aanpak wordt bepaald. Omdat je bij Bouwhuysch in dienst bent, kijken we verder dan dit project.
