Wij hebben een goed gevulde portefeuille met complexe nieuwbouwprojecten. Je werkt aan diverse projecten, van woningbouw tot utilitaire bouw. Als werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige voorbereiding van onze nieuwbouwprojecten. Je stelt aanvragen op, werkt ontwerpen uit, maakt voorbereidingsschema's, controleert tekeningen, beheert de planning en regelt de inkoop. Je houdt alle ballen in de lucht en krijgt hier energie van! Dagelijks denk je samen na met een hecht team over de projectopdracht en hoe deze te realiseren. Je werkt intensief samen vanuit je projectteam met afdelingen en partners zoals architecten, constructeurs en onderaannemers. Wij zoeken een Werkvoorbereider met visie en bouwtechnische kennis, die graag plant, organiseert en problemen oplost. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten soepel en succesvol verlopen. Wat ga je doen - Voorbereiden van bouwprojecten - Beheren van prestatie- en productiemodellen in BIM. - Opstellen en bewaken van inkoopschema's. - Controleren van werktekeningen en bestekken op contracten en regelgeving. - Afstemmen van planningen met onderaannemers en leveranciers. - Waarborgen van veiligheid bij voorbereiding en uitvoering. - Verzorgen van vergunningen en ontheffingen.
