Ben jij een gedreven werkvoorbereider met een passie voor de bouw? Dan zoeken wij jou! We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren werkvoorbereider bouw om ons team te versterken. Als werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, plannen en organiseren van bouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met de uitvoerder en projectleider en fungeert als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en onderaannemers. Jouw taak is ervoor te zorgen dat alles tijdig en nauwkeurig is voorbereid, zodat het bouwproces efficiënt kan verlopen. Enkele van de taken die bij deze rol horen zijn: - Opstellen van werkinstructies en werkplannen. - Maken van planningen en begrotingen. - Coördineren van werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats. - Inkoop van materialen en communicatie met leveranciers. - Bijhouden van administratie en projectdocumentatie. - Bewaken van de voortgang van werkzaamheden. - Onderhouden van contacten met onderaannemers en leveranciers. - Aansturen van bouwplaatspersoneel. Als werkvoorbereider speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van kwaliteit en veiligheid op de bouwplaats.
