Introductie Je wilt als werkvoorbereider bouw betrokken zijn bij het hele proces, van calculatie tot oplevering van tastbare bouwprojecten in de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw. In deze rol werk je met korte lijnen, duidelijke afspraken en een hecht bouwteam in Noord-Holland. Je combineert bouwkunde met organisatie, zodat ieder project praktisch en haalbaar uitvoerbaar wordt. Organisatie Je werkt bij een middelgrote aannemer in Noord-Holland die nieuwbouw-, verbouw- en onderhoudsprojecten realiseert voor zowel particulieren als professionele vastgoedpartijen. De cultuur is hands-on, transparant en betrokken, met korte lijnen en oog voor vakmanschap. Binnen het team staan samenwerking en duidelijke communicatie centraal. - Projecten in duurzame woningbouw, kleinschalige utiliteitsbouw en verbouwingen van scholen, winkels en zorgpanden - Nuchtere werkomgeving met overzichtelijke processen en duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden - Hecht team van werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders, uitvoerders en vaklieden Functie Als werkvoorbereider bouw ben je betrokken bij het volledige traject van nieuwbouw, verbouw en onderhoud, vanaf de eerste calculatie tot en met de oplevering. Je vertaalt tekeningen en bestek naar een uitvoerbare planning, zorgt voor een kloppende werkbegroting en organiseert de materiaalplanning zodat bouwprojecten soepel verlopen. Dagelijks stem je offertes en leveranciersinformatie af, vraag je prijzen aan bij onderaannemers en bewaak je de gemaakte afspraken. Tekeningen controleren, knelpunten signaleren en tijdig oplossingen uitwerken horen daarbij. De uitvoering kan rekenen op jouw technische ondersteu...
