Als werkvoorbereider Bouwkundige Brandveiligheid werk jij aan projecten in onder andere ziekenhuizen, zorginstellingen, scholen en kantoren. Je zorgt ervoor dat gebouwen niet alleen brandveilig worden gemaakt, maar ook dat dit goed wordt onderhouden. Organisatie Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit kantoor, maar bezoekt ook regelmatig projecten. De projecten bevinden zich vooral in de regio waarin jij actief bent. Je werkt samen in een klein en betrokken team met korte lijnen en een informele werksfeer. Functie Jij bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en neemt hen het werk uit handen op het gebied van bouwkundige brandveiligheid. Je begeleidt projecten van begin tot eind en zorgt dat alles goed is geregeld, afgestemd en uitgevoerd. Dit ga je doen - Jij vertaalt de vraag van de klant naar een duidelijke offerte door opnames te doen, te calculeren en goed af te stemmen. - Na opdracht zorg jij voor de volledige werkvoorbereiding en planning van het project. - Jij ondersteunt de uitvoerder tijdens de uitvoering en bewaakt de voortgang. - Jij regelt de financiële afhandeling richting de klant. - Jij plant de (jaarlijkse) onderhoudswerkzaamheden in overleg met de klant. - Jij blijft betrokken tot en met de oplevering en nazorg, zodat de samenwerking met de opdrachtgever goed blijft. Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde technische opleiding in de richting Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare studie. - Ervaring met bouwkundige projecten en verbouwingen, bij voorkeur in complexe omgevingen zoals ziekenhuizen. - Ervaring met bouwkundige brandveiligheid is een pré, maar geen must. - Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring...
