" Jeroen Schrijver - Werkvoorbereider Wil jij komen bouwen aan onze toekomst ? Bij Tala bouwen we geen standaard huizen. We bouwen slimme, duurzame woningen van hout. In onze fabriek in Raalte maken we complete modules die later op locatie worden samengevoegd tot een woning. Sneller, slimmer en met minder verspilling. Onze projecten worden groter en complexer. Daarom zoeken we een ervaren werkvoorbereider die overzicht houdt, vooruitdenkt en ervoor zorgt dat onze projecten soepel van ontwerp naar uitvoering gaan. Iemand die liever problemen voorkomt dan oplost. Wat ga je doen? Jij bent de schakel tussen ontwerp, productie en uitvoering. Je zorgt dat alles klopt voordat de eerste schroef wordt ingedraaid. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, BIM-modelleurs, leveranciers en collega's in de fabriek. Je denkt vooruit, signaleert risico's en zorgt dat iedereen met de juiste informatie aan het werk kan. Concreet ga je: - projecten technisch voorbereiden van ontwerp tot uitvoering; - tekeningen, stuklijsten en documenten controleren en compleet maken; - materialen en leveranciers afstemmen; - planningen bewaken en knelpunten vroeg signaleren; - samenwerken met productie om de uitvoering soepel te laten verlopen; - meedenken over hoe we ons werk slimmer kunnen organiseren. Wie ben jij? Je hoeft niet overal een antwoord op te hebben. Maar je wordt wel blij van structuur, techniek en dingen goed regelen. Verder neem je mee: - meerdere jaren ervaring als werkvoorbereider in de bouw, prefab of houtskeletbouw; - HBO niveau in richting bouwkunde, bouwtechnische bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar. - bouwkundig inzicht en ervaring met technische tekeningen; - Ervaring met BIM / Solibri /clashen van modellen en output uit modellen halen.;; - een proactieve h...
