Vanaf de Technische Ontwerpfase tot aan de uitvoeringsfase werk je nauw samen met diverse partners, waaronder ontwikkelaars, ontwerpers en bouwteams. Je coördineert de inkoop, controleert technische specificaties en draagt het project over aan het uitvoeringsteam. Daarbij ben je regelmatig op de bouwplaats te vinden, waar je direct kennis uitwisselt met de uitvoerder en vaklieden. Dit stelt je in staat zowel in detail als op hoger niveau bij te dragen aan de succesvolle oplevering van projecten. Functie-eisen Om aan de slag te gaan als Werkvoorbereider, verwachten we dat je beschikt over een sterke basis aan technische kennis en affiniteit met de bouwsector. We hechten waarde aan een proactieve houding en een gestructureerde werkwijze. Van een kandidaat verwachten wij: - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar. - 2-5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de bouwsector. - Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail. - Kennis van bouwprocessen en materialen is een pre. - In staat om effectief samen te werken binnen multidisciplinaire teams.
