Ligt jouw hart in de sloopsector en wil je vol trots vertellen dat je Generatiewaarde hebt toegevoegd aan een project? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? Als werkvoorbereider / calculator werk je mee aan uiteenlopende projecten in de sloop en asbestsanering. Van grote fabriekspanden tot woningen en chalets - geen project is hetzelfde. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de calculatie en voorbereiding tot in de puntjes kloppen. · Je verzamelt projectinformatie en maakt calculaties op basis van vraagspecificaties, bestekken en tekeningen. · Je zorgt voor een gedegen voorbereiding en overdracht aan het uitvoerende projectteam. · Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, leveranciers en collega's op de werkvloer. · Je koopt materialen in en plant projecten zorgvuldig op kosten, risico's, kwaliteit, organisatie, informatie en tijd. · Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en andere werkvoorbereiders. Kortom: jij bent de schakel tussen plan en uitvoering. Wij zoeken een collega die: · Enthousiast, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig werkt; · In het bezit is van een afgeronde MBO+ of HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur bouwkundig of technisch; · Bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring heeft als werkvoorbereider of calculator in de sloop- en/of asbestbranche, maar ook starters met de juiste instelling zijn welkom; · Bekend is met het procescertificaat SC530 en een VCA-diploma, of bereid is deze te behalen; · Ervaring heeft met Bouwinfosys (ERP), of bereid is dit te leren; · Vlot en duidelijk communiceert in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
