Als werkvoorbereider/calculator ga je aan de slag met de verbouwing van een aantal (vakantie)woningen, mutatieonderhoud bij een corporatie en soms een nieuwbouwproject. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de algehele voorbereiding van de projecten, waarbij je onder andere zorgt voor tekenwerk, inkoop, facturatievoorbereiding en de aanvraag van vergunningen. Je werkt in de regel op kantoor, maar bezoekt ook regelmatig de verschillende projecten. Andere onderdelen uit jouw takenpakket zijn onder andere het uitwerken van details, contact met de klant en bewoners en het aansturen van de timmerlieden wanneer je op projectbezoek bent. Ook het oppakken van (kleinschalige) calculaties is voor jou geen enkel probleem. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Voor de functie van werkvoorbereider/ calculator zijn we op zoek naar iemand die aan de volgende criteria voldoet: - Afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding op minimaal MBO niveau; - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Goed in plannen, organiseren en communiceren. Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau MBO Aanbod: - Jij brengt een flinke dosis kennis en kunde met je mee. Je mag in ruil voor jouw inzet het volgende verwachten: - Markconform salaris gebaseerd op ervaring tussen de €2.700,- en €3.700,- bruto; - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden conform bouw cao; - 25 vakantiedagen en 15 atv dagen; - Veel ruimte voor groei en ontwikkeling; - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband na de detacheringsperiode.
