Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de bouwwereld zijn wij op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider / Calculator Elektrotechniek.

Ben jij technisch sterk, werk je graag met cijfers en haal je voldoening uit het ondersteunen van uitdagende industriële projecten? Dan is deze functie misschien wel jouw volgende stap.

Binnen de afdeling Industrie werk je mee aan hoogwaardige industriële verbindingen en ondersteun je de uitvoering van projecten verspreid over heel Vlaanderen. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen calculatie, administratie en operationele uitvoering.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Werkvoorbereider / Calculator ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van de afdeling en zorg je ervoor dat projecten technisch en administratief vlot verlopen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Calculatie & Offertes

  • Opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen en calculaties voor industriële projecten.
  • Analyseren van technische werfinformatie en deze vertalen naar duidelijke offertes.
  • Uitwerken van technische begeleidingen en documentatie volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Ondersteunen bij aanbestedingen en commerciële dossiers.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere optimalisatie van processen en werkwijzen.

Projectondersteuning & Administratie

  • Technische en administratieve ondersteuning bieden tijdens de uitvoering van projecten.
  • Ondersteunen bij aankoopprocessen en materiaalbeheer.
  • Mee opvolgen van magazijnbeheer en logistieke processen.
  • Assisteren bij de financiële rapportering van de werven.
  • Nauw samenwerken met projectleiders, werfleiders en directie.

Wie zoeken wij?

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de bouw-, industriële of technische sector.
  • Je bent sterk in calculaties, cijfers en analytisch denken.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en leert snel nieuwe softwarepakketten aan.
  • Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Engels.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.
  • Je kan goed omgaan met veranderende prioriteiten en deadlines.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een proactieve ingesteldheid.
