Blansaer Installatietechniek is gespecialiseerd in Centrale verwarming, Airco, Stookplaatsrenovatie, sanitair en ventilatie.

Voor elk project zoeken wij steeds naar de meest efficiënte, betrouwbare en kwalitatieve oplossing.

Door deze aanpak zijn wij als bedrijf in volle expansie, en zoeken we een gedreven CALCULATOR/WERKVOORBEREIDER HVAC (M/V).

Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Als calculator/werkvoorbreider hvac analyseer, bereken en bereid je bouwdossiers voor. Je bent voornamelijk actief in het gebied van verwarming, ventilatie en sanitair in de projectbouw en facility met specialiteit hernieuwbare energie.

Je berekent de nodige hoeveelheid materialen. Nadien maak je een prijsraming op voor de globale uitvoering van het project. Verder zal je ook zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten te woord staan met technische en commerciële vragen. Eveens stel je prijsvragen op aan de verschillende leveranciers en bespreekt dossiers met hun. Tenslotte bereid je de goedgekeurde dossiers voor voor correcte uitvoering.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over de nodige technische kennis van HVAC en sanitair.
  • Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken alsook correcte analyses en berekeningen uit te voeren.
  • Je kan vlot communiceren met klanten, leveranciers en collega's en werkt graag samen in team.
  • Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit en bent flexibel naar werkinhoud toe.
  • Ervaring in het opmaken van offertes is een pluspunt.

Professionele vaardigheden

  • Het bouwdossier analyseren (architectendossier, plannen, bestek, aanbesteding, ...)
  • De hoeveelheid materialen en het aantal werkuren voor het project inschatten
  • De kostprijs van een werf berekenen, de uitgaven controleren en de prijzen actualiseren
  • Het dossier voor de projectuitvoering (technische processen, methodes, plannen, ...) voorbereiden
  • De eenheidskost van elke uitvoeringsfase berekenen en de prijsraming voor de globale uitvoering van het project opmaken
  • Leveranciers of dienstverleners selecteren onderhandelen over contractvoorwaarden De geleverde diensten of producten controleren
  • Commerciële opvolging uitvoeren nieuwe commerciële mogelijkheden verkennen
  • De voorraad opvolgen, tekorten vaststellen bestellingen plaatsen
  • Metingen op de werf uitvoeren (afmetingen, oppervlakten, volumes, locatie, ...)
  • De gedetailleerde lijst, per post, van de uitvoering van het project opstellen
  • Domein: Verwarming, sanitair, thermische technieken
  • De nacalculatie opstellen
