Ze verwerken en verpakken onder andere noten, zaden en gedroogd fruit voor grote retailers door heel Europa. Dat doen ze vanuit twee productielocaties, waar veel aandacht is voor kwaliteit, flexibiliteit en innovatie. Samen met klanten en leveranciers blijven ze nieuwe producten en oplossingen ontwikkelen, waarbij gezonde en duurzame snacks een steeds belangrijkere rol spelen. Binnen de technische dienst kom je terecht in een klein en ervaren team van drie monteurs. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat het machinepark goed blijft draaien en waar mogelijk verder wordt verbeterd. Je zorgt ervoor dat de spare parts op orde zijn, er goed in kaart is gebracht wat er nodig is voor onderhoud en denkt mee bij verbeteringen in onderhoud en digitalisering van het onderhoud. De sfeer binnen het bedrijf is open en nuchter. Je werkt veel samen, maar krijgt ook de ruimte om zelf met ideeën en verbeteringen te komen. Zie je dat iets slimmer, efficiënter of duurzamer kan?
