Bij Dagelijks Onderhoud ben je dagelijks bezig met het oplossen van problemen in bewoonde woningen. Je beoordeelt de ontvangen reparatieverzoeken en zorgt ervoor dat ze correct en tijdig worden uitgevoerd. Een snelle en efficiënte afhandeling van deze verzoeken draagt bij aan de tevredenheid van huurders. Als Werkvoorbereider Dagelijks Onderhoud heb je altijd meerdere projecten lopen en geen dag is hetzelfde. Je hoofdzakelijk op kantoor werkend, maar werkt nauw samen met een team en onderhoudt contact met vaklieden, partners en opdrachtgevers. Het is een dynamische rol waarin jouw vaardigheden het verschil maken! Dit ga je doen! - In behandeling nemen van reparatieverzoeken; - In overleg met de bewoner, inplannen van de uit te voeren onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Verstrekken van werkopdrachten aan eigen vaklieden of ketenpartners; - Voeren van overleg met bewoners en de klant tijdens de uitvoering van de onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Monitoren van de status van de reparatieverzoeken; - De uitgevoerde werkzaamheden gereed maken voor facturatie. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je hebt een Mbo/Hbo Bouwkunde diploma; - 2+ jaar ervaring met Dagelijks Onderhoud; - Brede bouwkundige kennis; - Planning-, communicatie- en organisatievaardigheden; - Beschikt over een rijbewijs.
