Stuur jij graag de voorbereiding van grote bouwprojecten aan? Als werkvoorbereider Duurzame Bouw ga je aan de slag met uitdagende projecten in Winterswijk. Zet je technische inzicht en organisatietalent in voor een opdrachtgever waar kwaliteit en plezier voorop staan. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever in Winterswijk werk je als werkvoorbereider Duurzame Bouw aan complexe projecten in de woning- en utiliteitsbouw. Jij regelt alles achter de schermen: van het maken van strakke planningen tot het aansturen van leveranciers en het monitoren van voortgang. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding verloopt elk project efficiënt en volgens planning. In deze functie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de uitvoering en het ontwerp. Je hebt dagelijks contact met partners, onderaannemers en collega’s. Daarnaast werk je actief aan de verbetering van werkprocessen. Of je nu medior of senior bent: jouw bijdrage is essentieel in het succes van elk bouwproject. Jouw werkzaamheden - Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen; - Coördineren van materialen, mensen en middelen; - Maken van afspraken met leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe partijen; - Signaleren en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen; - Toetsen van werktekeningen en technische documenten. Wat heb jij in huis? - Een mbo of hbo-opleiding in bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar; - Ervaring als werkvoorbereider in de woning- of utiliteitsbouw; - Kennis van bouwprocessen en projectplanning; - Vaardigheid in software zoals AutoCAD of Revit; - Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en communicatieve skills; - Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
