Je hebt nog 5 dagen om te solliciteren Functieomschrijving Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij de schakel in het organiseren en voorbereiden van projecten binnen de elektrotechniek. Je stemt technische ontwerpen op elkaar af, zorgt dat bestellingen op tijd worden geplaatst en houdt de planning scherp in de gaten zodat projecten goed doorlopen. Ook verzorg jij de afstemming met monteurs, opdrachtgevers en leveranciers, zodat elk project vlot en succesvol wordt afgerond. Het controleren van werktekeningen en materialen en het opstellen van handleidingen, onderhoudsvoorschriften en revisiestukken hoort eveneens bij jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Door regelmatig projectlocaties te bezoeken, bewaak je niet alleen de kwaliteit nauwkeurig, maar bouw je ook sterke samenwerkingen op met betrokkenen. Wie in deze functie werkt, levert direct een bijdrage aan de continuïteit en tevredenheid van klanten. - Coördineren en voorbereiden van diverse projecten - Afstemming met monteurs, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers om de samenwerking goed te laten verlopen. - Het controleren van werktekeningen en bestellen van benodigde materialen. - Bezoeken van projectlocaties om voortgang en kwaliteit te bewaken. - Het opstellen van handleidingen, onderhoudsvoorschriften en revisiestukken ter afronding van het project. Functie-eisen Om in deze rol goed te presteren, heb je een sterke mix nodig van technical know-how, organisatorisch inzicht en een proactieve instelling. Jij denkt steeds een stap vooruit en werkt gestructureerd, zodat je chaos voorblijft.
