Werkvoorbereider - Bree - Voltijdse functie

Ben jij een technisch sterke werkvoorbereider die de productieprocessen in een groeiend metaalbedrijf kan ondersteunen? Zoek je een rol waar je kunt plannen en optimaliseren? Dan is deze functie echt iets voor jou!

Beantwoord je de volgende vragen met 'ja'?

  • Heb je sterke technische kennis van lassen en staalsoorten?
  • Ben je in staat om technische tekeningen te lezen en te interpreteren?
  • Heb je ervaring met productieprocessen in de metaalbewerking?

Als werkvoorbereider ga je de volgende taken uitvoeren:

  • Voorbereiden en plannen van productieorders, inclusief materiaal- en tijdsplanning.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en werktekeningen; bepalen van productievolgorde en benodigde bewerkingen.
  • Kiezen van juiste materiaalsoorten en kwalificeren van staalkwaliteiten zoals constructiestaal en hoogsterkte staal.
  • Opstellen van zaag- en plaatnestinglijsten en het bepalen van snij- en zetbewerkingen.
  • Afstemmen met productie, lassers en aankoop over materiaal, lasspecificaties en benodigd gereedschap.
  • Controleren van lasvoorschriften en signaleren van risico's en kwaliteitsissues.
  • Ondersteunen bij kostprijscalculaties en voorraadbeheer; voorstellen voor procesoptimalisatie.
  • Meewerken aan kwaliteitscontroles en naleving van veiligheids- en lasnormen.

Voor deze functie vragen we het volgende van jou:

  • Technische kennis van lastechnieken en verschillende staalkwaliteiten is essentieel.
  • Een opleiding richting metaal, lassen, mechanica of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring is gewenst.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en hebt praktische kennis van productieprocessen in de metaalbewerking.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, oplossingsgerichtheid en goede communicatieve vaardigheden zijn belangrijk.
  • Basiskennis van MS Office; ervaring met ERP/CAD is een plus.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands; kennis van Engels of Frans is een plus.
