Functie Als Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek ben jij de centrale speler in het gehele proces van voorbereiding, realisatie, beheer en preventief onderhoud van onze installaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt, van het verzamelen van informatie tot het bewaken van werkorders. Jij hebt de verantwoordelijkheid voor contractuele bewaking en werkt nauw samen met de contractbeheerder, jouw team en onze klanten om verbeter- en verduurzamingsprojecten te realiseren. Je werkt intensief samen met onderaannemers en leveranciers, en bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokkenen. Je bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat alle projecten tijdig en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast krijg je bij ons volop de ruimte om te innoveren en processen te verbeteren. Heb jij een idee voor een verbetertraject? Wij staan open voor jouw inbreng! Functie-eisen - Een mbo/hbo werk- en denkniveau in elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting. - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie. - Je hebt kennis van contractbeheer en weet hoe je processen efficiënt kunt begeleiden. - Je kunt goed schakelen met mensen op verschillende niveaus en weet hoe je een team effectief aanstuurt. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.
