In deze rol verbind je mensen, middelen en informatie. Je schakelt dagelijks met monteurs, projectleiders, onderaannemers en leveranciers en houdt grip op voortgang, kosten en leveringen. Met jouw initiatief en zorgvuldigheid leg je de basis voor een soepel projectverloop. - Je stemt werkzaamheden af met alle betrokkenen en bewaakt de planning. - Je stelt calculaties en offertes op en verwerkt meer- en minderwerk. - Je organiseert materiaal- en middeleninkoop en volgt levertijden nauwgezet op. - Je signaleert knelpunten vroegtijdig en denkt in praktische oplossingen. - Je werkt kwaliteitsgericht aan veilige, duurzame en technisch sterke resultaten. Functie-eisen Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring in werkvoorbereiding binnen de techniek en weet hoe je structuur brengt in projecten met meerdere belangen. Je communiceert helder, houdt overzicht en schakelt moeiteloos tussen details en planning. Daarbij werk je resultaatgericht en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor een goed eindresultaat. - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als Werkvoorbereider of in een vergelijkbare technische functie. - Affiniteit met E- en W-installaties en basiskennis van technische normen en wetgeving. - Ervaring met plannen, organiseren, inkopen en administratief nauwkeurig werken. - Je kunt anderen overtuigen, afstemmen en samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams. - Je bent zorgvuldig, loyaal, leergierig en gericht op kwaliteit en voortgang.
