Aanbod Je komt terecht bij een organisatie die vakmanschap waardeert en investeert in zijn mensen. Het salaris ligt tussen de €4.100 en €5.900 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring en kennis. Daarnaast werk je volgens de CAO Bouw en Infra, wat betekent dat je 43 vakantiedagen per jaar hebt om goed uit te rusten van je werk. Je krijgt alle ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. Of je nu cursussen wilt volgen, je wilt specialiseren in duurzaam bouwen of door wilt groeien naar projectleider, de mogelijkheden zijn er. Het bedrijf denkt graag met je mee over jouw ambities en loopbaan. Je werkt in een hecht team waar iedereen elkaar kent en waar korte lijnen de norm zijn.
