Ben jij graag vanaf het begin betrokken bij een project en houd je graag de regie over voorbereiding en planning? Dan is de functie van werkvoorbereider bij Van Spijker wellicht iets voor jou. Jij zorgt dat alles klopt vóórdat het werk buiten begint en blijft aangesloten tot aan de oplevering van het project. Je werkt op kantoor, maar bent onmisbaar voor wat er buiten gebeurt. Met overzicht, een scherpe afstemming en oog voor detail help je het team vooruit. Zonder gedoe, gewoon goed geregeld. Wat ga je doen als werkvoorbereider? Als werkvoorbereider ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen ontwerp, voorbereiding en uitvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en uitvoerder en houdt het overzicht over jouw project(en). Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bijhouden van de contractadministratie en documentenstroom. - Controleren en beoordelen van bestekken en tekeningen. - Een stukje inkoop: Beoordelen, vergelijken en aanvragen van prijzen en offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Opstellen van calculaties voor meer- en minderwerk en uitvoeren van nacalculaties. - Meedenken over praktische en effectieve werkmethoden en - Opstellen van werkplanningen, in samenwerking met het projectteam. - Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen en meedenken over praktische oplossingen bij knelpunten tijdens de uitvoering. Je bent dus meer dan iemand die de planning en administratie bijhoudt. Je denkt vooruit, ziet wat er nodig is en zorgt dat het buiten gewoon goed geregeld is. Wat krijg je van ons?
