Juist daarom zoeken wij een Werkvoorbereider Infra die ervoor zorgt dat materialen, mensen, planningen en projectinformatie perfect op elkaar aansluiten. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de civiele techniek. Van infrastructurele reconstructies en rioolvervangingen tot bouw- en woonrijp maken van nieuwe gebieden. Jij bent de verbindende factor tussen uitvoering, projectleiding en opdrachtgever. Met een salaris tussen €4.000 en €5.500 bruto per maand krijg je een functie waarin je veel autonomie hebt en daadwerkelijk invloed uitoefent op het succes van projecten. Binnen deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van projecten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen van planningen en werkpakketten. - Inkopen van materialen en onderaannemers. - Opvragen en beoordelen van offertes. - Opstellen van werkinstructies. - Voorbereiden van vergunningen en meldingen. - Ondersteunen van uitvoerders tijdens de uitvoering. - Signaleren van knelpunten en verbeterkansen. Wie ben jij? Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die overzicht houdt en graag verantwoordelijkheid pakt. Daarnaast zien we graag: - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen werkvoorbereiding of infra. - Affiniteit met GWW-projecten. - Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
