Je werkt binnen een kleinschalige chemische organisatie waar de lijnen kort zijn, beslissingen snel worden genomen en jouw bijdrage direct zichtbaar is. Botlek ✓ Dagdienst ✓ 09.00 / 17.00 Wat ga je doen? ✓ Plannen van onderhoud ✓ TRA's maken ✓ Projecten begeleiden Dit ga je straks doen Als Werkvoorbereider Maintenance zorg jij ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden goed zijn voorbereid, gepland én administratief worden opgevolgd. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen productie, maintenance, contractors en andere disciplines op de locatie. Ongeveer 70% van jouw functie draait om maintenance . Jij houdt grip op het onderhoudsproces en zorgt ervoor dat SAP, onderhoudsplannen, werkorders en technische documentatie op orde zijn. Je beoordeelt inspectierapporten, bewaakt openstaande acties en zorgt dat gepland en preventief onderhoud goed kan worden uitgevoerd. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Voorbereiden en plannen van preventieve en correctieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden - Verwerken en beheren van onderhoudsmeldingen en werkorders in SAP - Opstellen en actualiseren van onderhoudsplannen en taaklijsten - Beheren en actueel houden van de equipmentdatabase - Beoordelen van inspectierapporten en opvolgen van acties - Voorbereiden van onderhoudsstops en geplande werkzaamheden - Ondersteunen van projecten en werkzaamheden tijdens shutdowns - Bijdragen aan taakrisicoanalyses en werkvergunningen - Dagelijks afstemmen met productie, maintenance en andere betrokken disciplines - Deelnemen aan het dagelijkse maintenanceoverleg - Beheren en actualiseren van werkinstructies en onderhoudsdocume...
