Samen met onze partners en co-makers breng je doordachte concepten tot leven en werk je zelfstandig aan nieuwbouwprojecten van begin tot eind. Je verantwoordelijkheden en taken omvatten onder meer: - Het aanspreekpunt voor partners en leveranciers. - Het aanspreekpunt voor de uitvoerder(s). - De coördinatie van de verschillende BIM-modellen. - Controleren van gegevens op technische uitvoerbaarheid en kwaliteit. - Opstellen en bewaken van planningen, voorbereidings- en inkoopschema's. - Bijhouden van meer- en minderwerk. - Regelen van een efficiënte documentenstroom en bijhouden van de digitale projectmap. - Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en kosten samen met het projectteam. Met jouw gedetailleerde voorbereiding en organisatie zorg je voor een soepel bouwproces en optimaliseer je het bouw- en werkvoorbereidingsproces. Je bent de spil in ons projectteam en bent ook regelmatig op de bouwplaats voor een goede controle op het naleven van de techniek- en kwaliteitsnormen.
