In deze functie ben jij de schakel tussen kantoor en uitvoering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat tekeningen, planning, materialen en afstemming goed op elkaar aansluiten, zodat projecten soepel kunnen starten en doorlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleider, uitvoerder, engineers, leveranciers en onderaannemers en houdt het overzicht, ook wanneer er meerdere projecten tegelijk lopen. - Opstellen, bewaken en bijsturen van project- en werkplanningen, inclusief fasering en mijlpalen - Controleren en afstemmen van tekeningen, detailleringen en bouwkundige afstemming - Aanvragen, vergelijken en voorbereiden van offertes en inkoop - Opstellen en bewaken van begrotingen, calculaties en meer- en minderwerk - Aansturen van leveranciers en onderaannemers en afstemmen in bouwteamoverleg Je werkt aan uiteenlopende woningbouw-, verbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten, met korte lijnen en een team dat elkaar versterkt.
