Voor een ambitieuze bouworganisatie in Zeist zoeken we een Werkvoorbereider Nieuwbouw. Je bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat tekeningen, materialen, planning, leveranciers en uitvoering goed op elkaar aansluiten. Jouw werk doet ertoe Een nieuwbouwproject begint lang voordat de eerste steen wordt gelegd. Achter de schermen moet ontzettend veel worden geregeld. Materialen moeten worden besteld, leveranciers moeten worden aangestuurd, tekeningen gecontroleerd en planningen afgestemd. Jij zorgt dat die puzzel klopt. Je denkt vooruit en hebt voortdurend de vraag in je hoofd: wat heeft de uitvoering straks nodig om zonder vertraging verder te kunnen? Wat ga je doen? Interessante projecten Als werkvoorbereider nieuwbouw kun je in Zeist werken aan uiteenlopende nieuwbouwprojecten. Denk aan moderne woningbouw, appartementencomplexen en kleinschalige gebiedsontwikkelingen waarbij meerdere woningen tegelijkertijd worden gerealiseerd. Ook projecten met bijzondere architectuur of hoge duurzaamheidsambities kunnen op je pad komen. Juist bij nieuwbouw zie je jouw voorbereiding stap voor stap terug. Eerst is er een tekening, daarna een bouwplaats en uiteindelijk staat er een gebouw waar mensen jarenlang gebruik van maken. Waarom is dit een interessante plek om te werken? Omdat je werkt aan projecten waarbij techniek, planning en samenwerking allemaal samenkomen. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om jezelf breed te ontwikkelen binnen de nieuwbouw. Je werkt samen met uitvoerders, projectleiders, leveranciers en onderaannemers en leert daardoor het hele bouwproces goed kennen.
