De werkzaamheden zijn o.a.: - Het opstellen van werkplanningen (incl. V&G plannen) en werkbegrotingen in overleg met het Hoofd Bedrijfsbureau, Projectleider en Uitvoerder; - Het tijdig verzamelen van inlichtingen aan de hand van een bestek, zowel in- als extern, voor het maken van projectmappen; - Bepalen van in te kopen materialen, materieel en diensten door het aanvragen van offertes conform bestek, het doen van prijsvergelijkingen in overleg met het Hoofd Bedrijfsbureau. - Het detailleren van het ontwerp door middel van het maken van tekeningen en berekeningen die benodigd zijn voor de uitvoering van projecten; - Zorgdragen voor inhoud en verspreiding van de projectmappen aan de Projectleider en Uitvoerder; - Voorbereiden van de kostenbewaking door het aanleveren van benodigde overzichten en kengetallen. Daarnaast houd je jezelf ook bezig met een adequate kostprijsbepaling van het project. Hierbij moet je denken aan o.a. het opstellen van globale tijdsplannen en kostenramingen, het opvragen van offertes ten behoeve van de kostprijsberekening en het uitvoeren van prijsvergelijkingen.
