Voor een opdrachtgever in de regio Utrecht zoeken we een Werkvoorbereider Ondergrondse Infra die energie krijgt van organiseren, plannen en schakelen met verschillende betrokken partijen. Je werkt aan projecten binnen kabels & leidingen, energievoorziening en netwerken en zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering optimaal voorbereid van start kan gaan. Het salaris voor deze functie ligt tussen €3.800 en €4.700, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider Ondergrondse Infra zorg je ervoor dat projecten goed georganiseerd zijn en de uitvoering zonder vertragingen van start kan gaan. Jij houdt overzicht over de planning, materialen en projectinformatie. - Opstellen van werkplanningen en projectdocumentatie - Verzorgen van vergunningen, meldingen en KLIC-aanvragen - Coördineren van materiaalbestellingen en leveringen - Afstemmen met uitvoerders, projectleiders en leveranciers - Bewaken van voortgang, budgetten en projectafspraken - Signaleren van risico's en knelpunten binnen projecten - Ondersteunen bij meer- en minderwerk - Zorgdragen voor een correcte projectadministratie Wie ben jij? Je bent een georganiseerde professional die graag overzicht houdt en de verbinding zoekt tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om meerdere projecten tegelijk te begeleiden. - Een afgeronde mbo+ of hbo-opleiding richting Infratechniek, Civiele Techniek of Elektrotechniek - Circa 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider binnen de infra - Ervaring met kabels & leidingen...
