Voor onze afdeling Kabels & Leidingen zoeken we een werkvoorbereider die energie krijgt van projecten in de ondergrondse infra, zoals sanering van gas- en waterleidingen. Je werkt samen met een hecht team aan mooie projecten in de regio Apeldoorn-Zwolle. Van oorsprong zijn wij een civiele aannemer en daarom ontzettend sterk in het civieltechnische deel van het werk. Wat ga je doen? Als werkvoorbereider ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen plan en uitvoering. Vanuit ons kantoor in Apeldoorn zorg je voor een vlekkeloze voorbereiding en werk je nauw samen met de projectleider en uitvoerder aan een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering. Je houdt je bezig met: - het voorbereiden, vastleggen en uitwisselen van projectgegevens; - het bepalen van de benodigde materialen en het tijdig bestellen ervan; - het opstellen en beheren van documentatie en rapportages; - het verder uitwerken van de ontwerpen met het team om tot een uitvoerbaar en efficiënt resultaat te komen; - het bewaken van de voortgang en kwaliteit van de projectadministratie; - het controleren van vastgestelde gegevens en deze afstemmen met de projectrapportages; - het meedenken over verbeteringen in projectbeheersing en administratieve processen. Jij zorgt er dus voor dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt, zodat het team buiten met vertrouwen kan bouwen.
