Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en ketenpartners om het project soepel te laten verlopen. - Opstellen en bewaken van planningen en uitvoeringsschema's; - Uitvragen en beoordelen van offertes van onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Opstellen van werkbegrotingen, calculaties en voorbereidingsdocumenten; - Verzorgen van materiaalinkoop en logistieke afstemming; - Technische details controleren en vertalen naar uitvoerbare instructies; - Intensieve communicatie met bewoners, opdrachtgevers en teamleden; - Registreren van meer- en minderwerk, kwaliteitsbewaking en kostenbeheersing; - Ondersteuning van de uitvoerder tijdens de realisatiefase. Denk hierbij aan woningcorporaties, zorginstellingen en scholen. Je werkt samen in compacte multidisciplinaire teams binnen een organisatie met korte lijnen en een maatschappelijk impact. Functie-eisen Dit kan jij van ons verwachten: - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen onderhoud, renovatie of verduurzaming; - Kennis van planningstechnieken, bouwregelgeving en uitvoeringsprocessen; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling; - Oplossingsgericht en proactief: je denkt vooruit en schakelt snel; - Ervaring met software zoals AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project of ERP-systemen is een pré.
