Als Werkvoorbereider / Planner ben je de schakel tussen verkoop, inkoop en productie. Je bereidt orders goed voor, zorgt dat materialen op tijd beschikbaar zijn en bewaakt de productieplanning. Je combineert je technische kennis met plannen, organiseren en verbeteren. Je houdt het overzicht, denkt vooruit en lost problemen op voordat ze ontstaan. - Technisch meedenken: je overlegt met verkoop over technische mogelijkheden, levertijden en lopende orders - Calculeren: je berekent wat het kost om producten te maken en controleert achteraf of de berekeningen kloppen - Werk voorbereiden: je zorgt dat de productie beschikt over de juiste tekeningen, werkinstructies, materialen en gereedschappen - Productie plannen: je maakt een planning voor de inzet van medewerkers, machines en productiecapaciteit - Materialen regelen: je bestelt de benodigde grondstoffen, materialen en gereedschappen - Uitbesteden: je regelt en begeleidt werkzaamheden bij leveranciers in binnen- en buitenland - Voortgang bewaken: je houdt in de gaten of alles volgens planning verloopt en grijpt in als dat nodig is - Verbeteringen doorvoeren: je denkt mee over hoe het werk slimmer, sneller en efficiënter kan Je hebt veel contact met collega's en bent betrokken bij het hele proces: van de eerste klantaanvraag tot het moment waarop het product klaar is. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, mee te denken en verbeteringen voor te stellen.
