Bij Van Dorp in Amsterdam ondersteun je projectleiders bij afwisselende nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten in de utiliteit. Organiseer, plan en zorg voor een perfecte uitvoering! Wat je kan verwachten Als Werkvoorbereider Projecten Installatietechniek in Amsterdam ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze uitdagende nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten. Van de Zuidas tot de binnenstad: jij zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering van onze klimaat- en gebouwgebonden installaties vlekkeloos verloopt. Je bent de onmisbare steun en toeverlaat van de projectleider en het montageteam op locatie. Jouw werkdag is ontzettend veelzijdig. Je stelt offertevergelijkingen op, bestelt tijdig materialen en plant onderaannemers in. Met programma's zoals MS Projects stel je strakke planningen op en je bent niet bang om AutoCAD te gebruiken voor het beoordelen of aanpassen van revisietekeningen. Daarnaast houd je scherp toezicht op de kosten en kwaliteit, bereken je meer- en minderwerk en voorzie je de monteurs proactief van technische aanwijzingen. Je bent een uitstekende organisator die moeiteloos prioriteiten stelt en communiceert op alle niveaus. Binnen het warme familiebedrijf krijg je veel vrijheid en alle benodigde middelen (zoals een laptop en telefoon). Vereisten - Mbo-3+ diploma (installatietechniek of vergelijkbaar) - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider of chef-monteur - Kennis van hoogstaande klimaatinstallaties in de utiliteit - Ervaring met programma's zoals MS Projects en AutoCAD - In staat om een VOG (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag) aan te vragen Voorwaarden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.300,- en €5.100,- per maand - Goed gefaciliteerd met een moderne laptop en telefoon - Breed scala aan...
