Introductie Als werkvoorbereider werk je aan projecten in de spoor-, tram- en metro-infrastructuur. Je bent betrokken bij onderhoud, vernieuwing en nieuwbouw, maar ook bij industriële projecten zoals kraanbanen in haven- en industriegebieden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles goed voorbereid is, zodat het werk buiten veilig en efficiënt kan worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt samen met een hecht team en krijgt veel ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Of je nu net begint of al wat ervaring hebt: je wordt begeleid en groeit stap voor stap in je rol. Organisatie Je werkt in een technische en dynamische omgeving waar veiligheid, samenwerking en vakmanschap centraal staan. De sfeer is informeel en betrokken: samen werken, samen leren en samen resultaat boeken. Functie Samen met collega's zorg je ervoor dat projecten van begin tot eind goed verlopen. Jij bewaakt het overzicht en schakelt waar nodig.
