Als Werkvoorbereider verveel jij je in deze organisatie nooit. Je werkt samen in een team met vakbekwame collega's. Samen met hen ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de gehele voorbereiding voor de bouw van particuliere woningen. Je berekent wat je nodig hebt aan materialen, mankracht en maakt detailtekeningen in Autocad of Revit. Je hebt veel diversiteit in het werk. Naast het bovenstaande zorg jij namelijk ook de contacten en contracten met onderaannemers. Dit doe je natuurlijk niet alleen, want jij werkt nauw samen met Uitvoerders en Projectleiders. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Minimaal MBO-4 of HBO Bouwkunde afgestudeerd; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol (renovatie& onderhoud) - Zelfstandig en in teamverband kunnen werken; - stressbestendig; - Klantvriendelijk en servicegericht; - Beschikt over ambitie om zich te ontwikkelen tot senior Werkvoorbereider of Projectleider Functieoverzicht .
