Je werkt zelfstandig aan meerdere projecten binnen de klantgroep Wonen en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen opdrachtgever, ontwerp, leveranciers en uitvoering. Met aandacht voor bewoners en oog voor detail zorg je dat collega's buiten goed voorbereid starten. - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten. - Opstellen van ramingen, begrotingen, offertes en voortgangsrapportages. - Afstemmen met klanten, projectleiders, leveranciers en samenwerkingspartners. - Verstrekken en controleren van tekeningen, leveranciersinformatie en verwerkingsadviezen. - Plannen, organiseren en bewaken van kwaliteit, voortgang, afspraken en budget. Functie-eisen Je hebt ervaring met werkvoorbereiding binnen de bouw en weet belangen zorgvuldig samen te brengen. Je luistert naar de klantvraag, denkt vooruit en overtuigt betrokkenen met heldere argumenten. Daarbij werk je nauwkeurig, neem je initiatief en blijf je gericht op een goed eindresultaat. - Mbo-diploma Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare opleiding. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Werkvoorbereider. - Ervaring met renovatie, verduurzaming en woningbouw. - Vaardigheid in begroten, plannen, rapporteren en technisch documentbeheer. - Een betrokken, oplossingsgerichte manier van samenwerken met oog voor bewoners, kwaliteit en gemaakte afspraken.
